Are the cartridges the same as the standard Tap Water Filter?
No, the Stainless Steel model uses a larger replacement cartridge built specifically for the steel housing. Both versions last around 3 months. Make sure to order the correct stainless cartridge when it’s time to replace.
Will it fit my tap?

How long does a cartridge last, and how do I maintain it?
On average, around 3 months depending on your water quality and how much you use. The cartridge will darken, and sometimes the flow slows down, both are clear signs it’s time to swap. Replacements twist on and off in seconds.
What is the sandpaper for?
To keep your filter performing at its best, a quick clean is all it takes.

No, flow and the filtered/unfiltered toggle work the same as the standard model; the stainless body simply upgrades durability and look.
