Does PuraHome remove fluoride from tap water?

No, our PuraHome bathroom filters are not designed to remove fluoride. This filter is specifically engineered to target chlorine, the primary chemical that disrupts skin health by stripping away natural oils and causing dryness, irritation, and breakouts.

Our PuraHome bathroom filter is built for skincare protection, not for drinking water filtration. Because of this, it’s not as advanced as some of our other filters, which are designed to remove a wider range of contaminants, for safe drinking water. If you're looking for a drinking water solution, check out our more advanced filtration options.

Will it fit on my tap?

PuraHome fits 98% of taps with round-tipped aerators. All necessary tools and adapters are included. If the provided adapters don't fit your faucet, contact us with a photo of your faucet, and we will send additional adapters at no cost.

PuraHome Filters will NOT fit taps that are square shaped, pull out, hand-held, spray-style, or faucets with a sensor.

Are the filters recyclable?
